Mr. Blanchard is the lead engineer and project manager for our design and construction inspection projects. He combines extensive CAD expertise with 25 years of advanced civil engineering concepts and fundamentals to prepare plans, specifications and estimates for highway construction and intelligent transportation projects for state, county, and municipal governments. Mr. Blanchard has considerable experience with roadway design, multi-use path design, work zone traffic control, roadside safety design, subsurface utility engineering, traffic signage and striping design, with expertise in MicroStation, InRoads, AutoCAD and ArcGIS. He also has expertise in intelligent transportation systems – fiber optic routing, traffic controllers, roadside cameras, variable message signs and travel time systems.
