The project includes survey, preliminary and detailed engineering for roadway resurfacing, pavement rehabilitation, curb and sidewalk installation, drainage improvements, and traffic signal improvements, and installation of signage pavement markings within the project limits.  The first objective of the project is to rehabilitate and resurface the existing pavement which is deteriorated and prone to hydroplaning.  The second objective is to provide continuous curb, asphalt tip-up and sidewalk through the project limits.  The third objective is eliminate any localized flooding areas that currently exist.
