This project includes intersection improvements at Post Ave and Union Ave. The improvements include the realignment of Union Ave to increase the area of the plaza and to reduce the length of crosswalks. The design also includes the removal of a slip ramp to expand a plaza and the removal of an island for pedestrian safety.  Also included are traffic signal design, pavement marking design, pedestrian signal and crosswalk design.
