This project involved providing ITS and traffic signal operation support services for the John F. Kennedy International Airport Redevelopment Program [JFKR] to assist the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s [PANYNJ] Traffic Engineering Group with tasks related to the preparation and review of Intelligent Transportation System [ITS] devices to be installed under the JFK Early Traffic Transportation System.

As a sub-consultant to and under the direction of WSP USA, an estimate was prepared for the following:
