This project involved the development of an ITS Master Plan for the implementation of large-scale ITS improvements through the JFK landside road network and adjacent highway network. The ITS Master Plan will provide a framework to implement all work related to the design, monitoring, commissioning, and testing for the final phases of the project. The development of the ITS Master Plan will define future deployments, improvements and determine the best path forward based on proposed conditions and latest ITS technologies.
