This project involves the groundbreaking agreement between the NYC Department of Environmental Protection and the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation to reduce combined sewer overflows (CSO) using a hybrid green and grey infrastructure approach.  This innovative approach involves green roofs, blue roofs, bioswales, rain gardens and other types of green infrastructure.  ​KAGE’s Community Construction Liaison is responsible for the coordination between the project and the community including the community boards, Business Improvement Districts garden associations and the general public.
