This project involves the preparation of a Traffic Impact Study and a Transportation Plan for Bellport, NY.  It addresses the multi-modal traffic connections and circulation, Main Street District transportation circulation review and parking plans for Bellport Hamlet Center.  The study was done from NYS Route 27 Sunrise Highway, south to the Bellport Village Line and west to CR-101, east to Cemetery Road in the hamlets of Bellport and East Patchogue.  It provides recommendations for bicycle routes, pedestrian improvements, traffic safety improvements, parking, and a new industrial road. KAGE provided the design for the new north/south industrial road to connect the NY Route 27 (Sunrise) South Service Road to  NY Route 27A Montauk Highway.
