This project involved the installation of an Agency-wide Transportation Management Software System [ATMS] across all Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s [PANYNJ] assets.  The new system will enable PANYNJ to manage ITS assets at its bridges, tunnels, airports and port facilities from its individual facilities as well as the Agency Operation Center [AOC].

KAG Engineering, PLLC [KAGE] provided engineering services to Kapsch TrafficCom USA by developing customized training plans and facility specific training manuals. KAGE also conducted training for system administrators and facility operators at Authority facilities. Each training plan was customized to accommodate the specific needs of each facility.
