Mr. Leigh-Manuell is a detail-oriented professional with twenty years of experience in education, business, technology and transportation.  He successfully integrates his love of technology into all aspects and endeavors. He uses his strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills to convey difficult concepts in easy-to-understand terms. 

 

As an educator, he provides effective instruction using multiple modalities to reach individualized learning styles.  As a digital and website designer, he develops and designs web interfaces, layouts, and site graphics.

 

Currently, Mr. Leigh-Manuell is writing instructional software manuals for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey [PANYNJ] and assisting with base layer mapping and quantity tables for Suffolk County Pedestrian Signal Safety Improvements on various county roads.
